offer. There is a one time enrollment fee of $20.00 when new members join. For as
low as $19.95 per month your family members, up to (8) total, can also begin
enjoying tremendous savings. You can have extra cards printed for your spouse or children
for a $2.50 each one time charge. They can take a card with them wherever they go!
